About Kathryn

Hello, beautiful soul, I’m so grateful you’re here. 

I’m Kathryn—Advanced SOMA Breath Facilitator, Integrative Wellness Coach, mama, and sacred spaceholder for women ready to come back home to their breath, their truth, and their radiant self.

But before I was holding space for others, I was the one searching.

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected from your body and your joy, because that's how I have spent most of my life. Showing up as the victim of my life and not the freaking goddess CEO I (and you ) are meant to be.

 

I’ve walked through the fires of mental illness—a story I no longer claim as mine—and found my way to healing through the very practices I now teach. My breath saved me. And it continues to guide me. That's why leading women through breathwork is such a passion of mine! YOU can heal and grow your body's ability to expand and THRIVE.

As a mother, I’ve learned the sacred art of presence and the radical importance of self-care that starts from within. My work is an extension of this truth: that you are never too far gone to begin again.

In my spaces, you’ll find gentle breathwork, intuitive guidance, and permission to be fully you. Whether you’re craving peace, clarity, embodiment, or emotional freedom, I’m here to remind you that it all begins with one sacred breath.
