Hello, beautiful, I’m so grateful you’re here.

I’m Kathryn — Advanced SOMA Breath Facilitator, Integrative Wellness Coach, mama, and guide for women who are ready to stop living in survival mode and start feeling more connected, confident, peaceful, and alive.

​

But before I was helping others reconnect with themselves, I was the one searching.

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected from your body, and stuck in patterns that make life feel heavy. For years, I lived with constant inner criticism, self-doubt, and the feeling that something was wrong with me.

​

Everything began to change when I started reconnecting with my body, my breath, and the deeper truth beneath all the conditioning. Breathwork became one of the most powerful tools in my healing journey — helping me regulate my nervous system, quiet the noise in my mind, and finally begin building a relationship with myself rooted in compassion instead of criticism.

Now, it’s my passion to help other women experience that transformation too.

​

Through breathwork, embodiment, nervous system healing, and intentional self-care practices, I help women release old patterns, reconnect with themselves, and create lives that actually feel good to live.

As a mother, I’ve also learned the sacred importance of presence, softness, and caring for ourselves from the inside out. My work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t require perfection — only a willingness to begin.
